    It just works better for me because of my work schedule, I do 12h shift work and often work weekends. On the Monday to Sunday view, I work 1 week 5 days or nights and then the next week it is only 2 work days or nights. For me the Sunday - Saturday view its more balanced to 4 and 3 work days per week and which also means total training hours is more balanced from week to week.
