    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

This would be amazing from a coaching perspective. Even better for me would be if it were implemented as alternate days/ weeks on the calendar. Allowing an athlete to switch between A/B/C versions of their daily/ weekly programming

    Hi all,

We have an early prototype of some Strength Analysis tools that we are looking for feedback on what is useful, not useful and any feedback.

Please reach out to me if you are interested in testing. tony@trainingpeaks.com

    Thanks!

Completely agree. The new strength builder was a big upgrade (I love the ability to define weight/side / reps/side. This would be even better if I could define asymmetrical weights) but I still find myself reverting to the Strong app for my personal strength training, it is just more flexible and easy to use on the fly when it comes to changing weights, reps or exercises mid workout, which happens regularly when working around availability of equipment in a busy gym or just how I'm feeling on that day! Seeing workout/ exercise history right there is also really helpful
