Easier access to Client Data from the CALENDAR PAGE
I know you can click on the athlete list on the right, find the athlete, click on the cog, so to zones etc BUT would be very useful (like it Classic) to click on the clients name (at the top of the calendar / dashboard) and see their zones, notes etc so everything in one screen.

You can access the athlete’s zones and other settings. Click on gear icon in the upper right corner of the athlete pop-up.

Reduce the amount of wasted space.
Reduce the amount of wasted space above the calendar. On laptops this take a good portion of the screen. Full screen is not helpful in this situation as it is helpful to see other open application for athlete notes.

A feature that I have been looking for is some way for TrainingPeaks to notify me that an athlete has commented or modified a workout since I last visited.
As of right now, if an athlete responds to my comment on TP it becomes another Post Workout Notification, and goes straight to my TP folder in Outlook. So it ends ups just mixed in with all the other PWNs. I stopped reading email notifications as there are so many and they often get duplicated. Following the workout link from an email doesn’t give access to zones and often results in…64 votes -
Stay signed in
Allow the browser to stay signed into the service and not have to login daily.
1 voteThe expiration of the session cookie is pretty long, so you should not need to login every day. Make sure that your browser is not deleting cookies. If you are still having issues with this then please contact support. They should be able to help you out.

In the beta version, if I select an interval, the statistics for the entire workout remain displayed. It's maddening.
Make it more intuitive on how to change that setting/box in maps/graphs.
1 voteThe checkboxes are there to allow multiple intervals to be highlighted on the graph at once. You need to click on the interval name to see the stats for a single interval.

BUG: Post-workout comment box loses focus when editing.
Often when editing comments the post-workout input box loses focus after a short period of time. For example, if I've just paused from typing for a few seconds.
As described here: https://gist.github.com/olanb7/784a7bb491cd6fb8004f
I was advised to post the bug here via twitter: https://twitter.com/olanb7/status/507439741974102016
It's highly annoying ;)
Verified on Chrome/39.0.2138.3 Mac 10.9.4 Build 13E28.. but it's been happening for as long as the beta has been available for me.

Add the Graph zones overlay to the web app
Add the Map & Graph zones overlay to the new beta web app. This is a great way to visualize the effort(s) of a workout at a glance
92 votesZones overlay was released on July 1, 2015. Check out the video on how to use zones overlay here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAAc8MZyHIA

trainerroad
TrainerRoad.com is becoming more and more popular, especially during inclement weather.
It would be great to have their data auto-imported (or auto published) into Training Peaks. Saves the hassle of downloading from the web, then uploading again to TP.

Hide/Show Hidden workouts from calendar
Have a way to toggle hidden workouts on/off the coach's calendar view or maybe just shade hidden workouts a different color so they don't get lost between non-hidden workouts.
3 votesHidden workouts now marked with an icon that lets you know that they are hidden.

Auto upload to/from Garmin Connect
It is frustrating having to upload workouts separately. Garmin (eg 810/620) are now auto uploading wirelessly from device to Garmin Connect but to get to TP this has to be exported from Connect then manually uploaded to TP or the device needs to plugged in and uploaded. Ideally I would like a button in TP that imports all Garmin files for a date range.

Heart Rate Variability As TP Metric
Please include heart rate variability (HRV) as a TP metric. Many people use HRV. Yes, I realize that some people have some skepticism about HRV, but that shouldn't matter on the issue of including it as an available TP metric. Those who want to use HRV can; those who don't can ignore it (just the same as for all other TP metrics). Thanks.
417 votesAn update to our iOS app that adds HRV to the list of supported metrics was released today. It may take 24 hours until Apple prompts you to install the update, so keep watch for it. There are numerous other UX updates to the app that we hope you will like too.
Our Android app will be updated towards the end of next week. That update will include support for HRV. Once the Android app is released, we will mark this feature request as completed. Thank you all for your patience, I know it took us a long time to get to this point.
We have been working with HRV app developers to save HRV data directly to your TrainingPeaks account. So far the SweetBeat HRV app has been updated and released. The HRV Plus app should be updated soon along with a few others that we will announce…

Post Workout Notification Comments: Direct Link to Athlete and Workout
I would like to be able to click a link in a post workout notification email and have it resolve to the specific Athlete's referenced Workout and open up a new comment for response. Even if I had to login into TP in between, this would be a huge benefit, click, login, type comment, on to the next one. Currently I feel the comment functionality is too cumbersome to be useful. As it stands, if I use comments I have to 1) click a link in the notification email 2) log in to TP 3) As a coach select the…

Improved API
TrainingPeaks is the center of my training universe, but there are many peripheral services and devices that are also important. Instead of trying to make TO into a 'do everything' service I'd suggest that you focus on your core and provide a robust API to allow users to bring it all together. 'Quantified self' type devices and nutrition tracking services would interest me the most. Instead of 'add withings x' or 'support my net diary' or whatever, just make it dead simple for such services to upload data to TP (which you're already doing a pretty good job of on…
7 votesWe’re already working on a much improved API to enable 3rd parties to provide us data. It’s ongoing, but we’re fully committed to it already.

share training peaks with individuals, not "Public"
Would it be possible to share (view only) my TP data with a training buddy, (not my coach)?
1 voteGood request we’ve heard before.. having a “read only” view of training. We do have a public view, which is really just an “unlisted” way to look at someone’s training. That is, it is not found in a search engine or discoverable by other users. You can find it in the classic mode: Settings, Social&Sharing, Public Profile.

Display decoupling for all sport types when the data to calculate it is present
Decoupling should show up on both "Bike" and "Mountain Bike" activity types. Currently, on the beta site, it only shows up for "Bike" activities and I have to change all of my mountain bike rides to "Bike" in order to see my decoupling.

Editing training plans
The look and feel is better. It would be great to be able to edit the training plans I made under the old version.
