Strength programming improvements
Strength Programming (intensity: %RM, VBT, RIR, set/reps) & Workout Library
-Can we have the option to set SI units by default when programming S&C?
-Can we have the option to prescribe/record VTB data in the add parameter column (Power, Velocity, Peak Velocity)?
- Can we program with RIR (reps in reserse) and % of 1/3/5 RM?
-Would like to be able to prescribe exercises in supersets as per the example below: A1) 3x5 A2) 3x8 A3) 2x20s
Currently, if one exercise has X number of sets, then all the exercises have the same number of sets.- Ability to create subfolders in…

CUSTOM ZONES BEYOND THRESHOLD
I think it would be great to create custom zones based on max HR, reserve HR, Max Aerobic Speed... Not only based on % of Threshold

workout planning system. It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to:
- Copy and paste specific workout sections within the same workout plan for easy replication of similar training blocks
- Save specific workout sections as templates for future use in new workout plans
- Create a library of saved workout templates that can be easily accessed and inserted into new programs
This functionality would significantly streamline the workout planning process and save time when creating new training programs that share similar elements.

Integration of Polar Data (HRV, Resting Heart Rate, Sleep) in TrainingPeaks
Dear TrainingPeaks Team,
As a coach, I see a growing need for a holistic approach to coaching, where not only training data but also lifestyle factors such as HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep play a crucial role. Polar provides valuable insights in this area, and it would be incredibly beneficial if TrainingPeaks could integrate this data directly into the platform.
Currently, TrainingPeaks already supports data from Garmin and Whoop, which is a great step towards providing a complete picture of an athlete or client. As an organization, we aim to use data carriers and wearables independently of specific brands,…

Add pre-scripted Warm-Up's to 'Workout Builder'
It would be nice to have a 'Warm-Up Library' where you can add your own different kind of WU's: (repeated)sprints, progressive efforts, high cadence spin ups, torque efforts. To then access these in the workout builder, to drag them for a workout. Would be time-efficient, and a good way to differentiate more in WU.

Text-Based Circuits within Strength Builder
The new strength builder is great; however, I'm limited to exercises utilizing the existing "movement + video + parameters" format. Oftentimes, I like to have athletes finish a strength session with some sort of circuit (AMRAP, EMOM, etc etc). In the past, I'd just use text to explain this to them but I'm finding that the new builder doesn't allow for me to build a simple text box into the session. Having that as an option would be HUGE.

Create workouts in Google Sheet, for importing to workout library
I would like to be able to export all workouts to a CSV file, and be able to edit names, heart rate rules, distances and durations and then re-upload to Training Peaks?
Or perhaps you own workout library syncs to a backend file that can be used to advanced editing.

filter type
When selecting the 'Filter by' option, allow coaches to type in the duration/distance/tss instead of just using the slide bars. Sometimes the slide bars are too close together and it makes it impossible to re-adjust them.
Also add a 'reset' button that would clear all of the filters.

comments per exercise on new strength
I am trying out the new Strength entry and comparing it to what I use now in another app. One thing that would be very helpful is if we could enter comments with each exercise not just on the entire workout. I leave notes for the next workout or tell my coach how that specific exercise went or an altercation to the workout for whatever reason. Thank you

Reps in Reserve
Ability to program strength workouts with Reps in Reserve as a parameter. RIR is much more useful than reps or RPE to control for intensity within strength workouts.

Enhanced Organization for Workout Library via Sub-Folders
It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to create sub-folders within the Workout Library. For example:
• Track Workouts > VO2 Max, Threshold, 5K-Specific, beginner
• Half Marathon Workouts > Long Runs, Peak Runs, Tempo SessionsThis added layer of structure would significantly improve library organization and efficiency, especially for coaches managing a diverse set of athletes and training focuses. The ability to filter or categorize workouts more specifically would streamline programming and save valuable time.

Make Notes re-occurring
athletes birthdays,
re-occurring schedule,
reminders and any other re-occurring data if needed.Athlete availability does not show an icon of the sport so you have to click on EVERY entry,
using re-occurring notes is simple and elegant.

customisable alerts
I'd like to be able to program my own athlete alerts against metrics and other data available within the TP eco system. For instance when an HRV is out of range or weekly TSS exceeds a specified value. In the perfect world I'd like to be able to setup alerts on Key Indicators at a Coach level but also at an individual level.
Imagine a scenario where I can glance at an athletes calendar and there is an indicator on the workout to let me know that one of my Key Indicators alerts has been triggered. For instance the IF…

Improve Garmin / Swim workouts / Notes
Programming a structured swim workout from TP in Garmin is far from useful.
It does not allow Drill workouts to be done. There should be an option to allow at the end of a set to add the programmed distance of that set.
Rest times do NOT exist, the only option is to set a rest time but it counts the distance.
The notes or name of the series are not synchronized. So you must, remember each step.
Thank you

Recurring workout functionality with new strength builder
Add recurring workout functionality to new strength builder. This exists for the old builder and it would be great to have it in the new one.

Fuellin' app integration
It feels like there should be a better way to integrate the Fuelin app’s recommendations into athletes’ schedules. Right now, Fuelin adds itself as a workout, which often creates confusion about whether an athlete actually has a training session when looking at the home dashboard. The information it provides is so cluttered that it becomes difficult to see the bigger picture when planning out the week. On top of that, it frequently duplicates daily recommendations, adding even more confusion. Honestly, the issues seem to impact coaches more than athletes — otherwise, I imagine athletes would be pushing back more on…

Add videos containing cardio exercises (elliptical, treadmill run, rowing ergometer, assault bike), considering not only performance athletes but also those who do not have a wearable for training. :)
Add a timer for exercises planned based on time.
Add a muscle group filter to simplify programming.
Add videos of gym machine exercises such as pulldown, leg curl, leg extension, leg press, etc.
Add a speed parameter for treadmill workouts.
