turn off 90 day peaks

Allow users to turn off 90 day peak notification. This is a meaningless stat for me

    I second this. It propagates the first week of January problem to essentially be constant. It would be meaningful to adjust the rolling 90 days to be configurable seasons (tied or not to ATP) instead to see season best performances
