Fixing the activity feed for coaches with large member base
The activity feed is a great feature where coaches can review athlete updates. Sadly, for coaches with 500+ athletes (or even 100+ athletes), half of the feed gets cut / doesn't show up.
For example, if one filters the feed to see the latest comments, only some of the comments from that day show up. Again, this is for those with a large member base. This is a major bug as several athletes don't get a response to their comments as the activity / comment never shows up in the activity feed.
Requesting TrainingPeaks to have an activity feed that allows accessing at least 3-4 days instead of a limited / set number of activities that doesn't even cover a single day. Ideally, 7 days of activity feed should be accessible since some coaches may be in the outdoors / on personal projects / travelling without access to the web version of TrainingPeaks. However, for now, 3-4 days will also be a big improvement.
Sadly, as of now, TrainingPeaks is not designed to handle a very large (500+ or even 100+) member base. I have contacted TP Help & Support (ticket # 628382) and they have simply asked me to post here. Hoping a few other coaches vote for this as we are unable to serve our members effectively.

I guess I do not understand this - as a coach with a large athlete base and a larger group of athletes, help me understand why you are not seeing the comments. If you work off the bell and go through them multiple times/day you see all comments? I do not filter them for any reason, so I ensure I see them all.
If I go on vacation, it is understood I do not read them as I am out of the office. This is rare, of course. If you read them daily or e/o day this is not an issue?
