Build workouts based on target power range, not FTP
In the TP workout builder, I can either select a target FTP or FTP range. It'd be nice if I could just write a target power in mind. Right now, I have to fiddle around with the target FTP ranges until I get the power range I want, and I'd rather just input the power myself (e.g. 150-200 watts)

This is especially important as different values changed differently and independently of FTP. The watt I have to push for zone 2 is measured in a lab with a ******* test, but if my FTP changes throughout a season my zone 2 doesn't change. Same with critical power numbers for certain times. Especially if I get a the watt I am supposed to do by my trainer.

Likewise, for running, to be able to directly enter a target pace, instead of fiddling with the percentages to calculate from threshold. Alternatively, allow selection of an entire ZONE as the target, not a percentage that calculates a value to display a zone.

Our TP workouts are created with power ranges, but TPV just shows the midpoint of that range. It would be great if TPV could at least show the upper and lower bounds of that range so that you can know if you are above or below the targeted range, not just if you are in the middle of the range.
