Make "shoes" an optional equipment item for swim workouts
Let's make Shoe Type optional on swim workouts, so that it isn't displayed be default.
I get that SwimRun is a thing (most people probably do not), but I'd be shocked if more than 1% of swim workouts are people swimming in their shoes.
Also, any Swim/Run event will likely have a run segment, and what I care about are road miles on the shoes, not how often they got wet. You do not include the yardage / meters of a swim on the shoes distance, do you?
I see that Pool Type was recently added, so it seems like someone has seen this code lately.
This has annoyed me for years, but I figured swims were just an afterthought and it'd never get any equipment love.
