Group chats with athletes. When a new athlete comes on board, being able to have a group chat with him and all other coaches. That way if a problem arises, the coach who sees it first can respond. Also allows me as the head coach to keep track of messages my assistant coaches are sending out. We also do weekly check ins and by not being able to see what my assistant coaches are saying, I have no way to verify if they actually did the check in.
