MECHANICS: Draft lock mechanism
There should be a button to lock draft, so that regardless of how much power you put out, you cannot move past the rider you are drafting (although of course you can drop back if not putting out enough power).
This would allow for proper lead outs and team time trial formations. Currently these are very difficult, if not impossible, to execute.

Pace line mode button.
I've spoken with George before and respect his reasons as he's looking at steering from a much broader view than me.
But pacelines, holding someone's wheel is part of the sport in working together.
If not steering, then maybe a paceline mode button or some feature that keeps me in the draft.
I know you can adjust your speed. But that means I'm using speed to steer which isn't anymore realistic. And then I have let up on power and any system lag and I'm missing my mark and under or over shooting the wheel I want to hold.

The crucial thing is to be able to stop being bumped off a wheel/out of draft by a rider coming from behind which is probably the biggest problem with the current physics model. It is super annoying to be constantly happening in a TTT when it is accidental but almost unavoidable due to lags from trainers/internet.
