ERG mode does not release after ending a workout.
ERG mode does not release after ending a workout.
End workout, exit workout, ERG mode will not disengage. Even ending the ride and returning to the Hub doesn't disengage ERG mode (or at least the resistance stays high).
I have to start a new ride (not a workout ride) in order for the resistance to drop to a reasonable level.

Yes, I often want to continue my ride after a workout to cool down. Would like it to disengage from ERG mode revert to Terrain mode.

This has been an issue for me yesterday (11/29) and the day before when I completed a workout (in ERG mode), but continued to ride after the workout was completed. The app continued to control the trainer as if in ERG mode, using the last power target of the workout (the easiest of the cooldown targets).
I just saw a report on the Facebook TPvir group where someone experienced during an FTP test the app did not transition to fixed-slope mode during the 20-min measurement interval (from ERG).
There is definitely something wrong with ERG transitions ...

@easterndan I do not have this issue in Zwift, so it's not a trainer issue.

This is a trainer issue, this works fine in the game for everyone else.

It would be great if after your workout you could just continue to ride in normal ride mode as per the route selected.

Must have: a command in the screen and in the keyboard that turns on and off the ERG mode. And other that increases an decreases the resistance also in the screen and the keyboard.
