The ability to set active and non-active training days at the point of importing/starting a new training plan would save an awful lot of time moving training plans around and therefore improve the user experience.
im bored of moving entire training plans to the right just to avoid days i know im not going to train - totally accept if the training plan is based on 5 - 6 days a week to meet the coaches design, but acknowledging a small disclaimer whilst importing stating you've only selected 4 days this will impact the end result should be enough. the training plan would just take slightly longer to complete if the user has selected less days to training than the training plan is designed for.
