    also, it'd be great to see a 'lifting zones' feature added to athletes' profiles! For coaches using VBT, programming based on a percentage of their max would be much easier than analyzing the F-V profile and weight manually. It’s essentially the same as power zones for running or cycling, but tailored for lifting exercises like bench press, back squat, deadlift, and pull-ups. A game-changer for strength training tracking! Gracias

    I second this. please!! implement it soon for coaches who program with VBT or percentages of the 1 maximum rep. it's like aa 'lifting zones' feature added to athletes' profiles!
