For coaches using VBT, programming based on a percentage of their max would be much easier than analyzing the F-V profile and weight manually. It’s essentially the same as power zones for running or cycling, but tailored for lifting exercises like bench press, back squat, deadlift, and pull-ups. A game-changer for strength training tracking! Gracias
