    It would be really helpful to be able to save "blocks" in the new strength builder for multiple uses. Ie., if I create a "warm-up" or "cool-down" block, it would be great to be able to add those to multiple different strength workouts without having to re-create them each time.

    Yes. Pretty much what everyone else has said re: syncing to a watch/device workout to be able to have HrTSS connected, and/or being able to set time to 0, so duplicate time isn't recorded. It's... confusing/frustrating as-is.
