Library of exercise/drill/interval blocks to drag into workouts
Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

It would be great to have a pre-built section of 'blocks' in workout builder. For example, if I wanted to make a new workout with 30/30s, I could then pre-select or drag and drop my 30/30s from a 'library' that would be listed from previous workouts I've created. I could then do this with any pre-built block, like 2x20' or 4x10', torque intervals, and more! Currently, we have to manually add in a new two step repeat and add the metrics (power/RPE/cadence/HR) every time.
When creating complex or hybrid workouts, it would be much more effective to have these pre-built blocks available in a library (just like we have for the workout library) and be able to ensure our workouts have consistent metrics, percentages, and zones across workouts.

When creating a workout, we add intervals / blocks. It would be great if we were able top drag and drop those blocks.
This would also be very useful when, for example, we use the 'Add Step' function. Hitting 'Add step' on an interval, only adds a new step directly after that interval. This means we can not copy a step from elsewhere in the session and drag it to where we want it.
