undo button
i have accidentally deleted workouts before as a coach and as an athlete before and would like some way to retrieve that. either an undo button or something. i do not want to have to lock everything
Hi everyone – Nick here from the Product team. Thank you for the votes, comments, and real-world examples behind this request.
Instead of adding an “undo” stack, we released a two-step confirmation flow on web and mobile for every delete action. That pattern follows industry UX standards for irreversible actions.
If you want an extra safeguard, coaches can also lock a workout; once locked, the session can’t be deleted without first being unlocked.
Because the underlying need is now addressed, we’re closing this idea as “Won’t Implement.” If you still see gaps (for example, audit-trail visibility or bulk restore for large teams), please open a new suggestion with specifics so we can track it separately.
Really appreciate the dialogue and the passion you have for making TrainingPeaks better.

I'd add that this would be really helpful to have either. For those doing larger groups (especially teens or those who are less tech savvy), I'm seeing them delete things then message saying they accidentally did that and can't find it. Apparently there's no where for me to find it either (per support reply). If the workouts could be "Assigned" and then any changes from that in a grayed out color that would be helpful to delicate what was changed. Or maybe an audit trail that we could look at when clicking on the day or something to see what might have moved or deleted where and when. I think most of it is un-intentional but also, from the standpoint of what was planned. It would be a good idea to have it set so that it's trackable along the way. Hope that makes sense. Thank you!
