Adding the ability to set a reminder for a coach to add in new training before it's due.

For example; Coach adds two weeks of training ending on a Monday, the coach can add a reminder to that date or the one prior that is invisible to the athlete but gets sent to the coach as a reminder of what needs to be done. It gets sent via email or notification tab in Home screen and can be set to be sent the day or two prior.

This streamlines the process of having to check into each athlete daily remembering what needs to be done. Right now I have to use a different cal that give me reminders and details.
