Programme using percentage 1RM strength tests
Is there anything on the road map where as coaches we would be able to programme strength based movements from an athletes 1RM. My understanding and chatting to one of the sales directors is that the current limitations are reps sets and RPE. But it would be really useful to add a % of their 1RM aligned to the type of strength training.
Seeing as %'s of thresholds and zone training can already be done, is this something that will be coming for strength training?

I had an idea for a system improvement which would be a game changing tool for coaches.
For training strength, you have to manually input weight that the client needs to hit on each exercise and then alter it again if switching the same workout to a new client.
The idea is to add '% of 1-3 rep max' in the parameters column. This will allow you to move workouts straight out of your library onto a clients calendar and it be applicable to them automatically. Similar to how the % of ******* threshold works for run, swimming or cycling.

This would also help to assign a strength specific TSS, because the hrTSS is wildly inaccurate for strength based exercises. Better than nothing, but it definitely WAY underestimates the true TSS

Similarly to cycling with FTP based training, I would like to prescribe myself strength training activities based on my 1 rep max. Then when I update my max for a particular activity, I don't have to go in and reassign the weights for each workout.

This would be massively helpful to really allow full use of the new strength builder. Adding in your 1RM for various exercises in metrics, or adding 1RM into training zones will be helpful for calculating %'s.
