Maybe it's just me, but I mostly use a PC. (When I use my phone (Android), this isn’t an issue.)

I always check my workout in TrainingPeaks (TP) before to see what I need to do and read the instructions. Once I finish reading about my workout, I will close it and then I have to manually start TPV from the desktop or Windows menu.

On my phone, however, there’s a button in the workout that automatically launches TPV.
