CUSTOM ZONES BEYOND THRESHOLD
I think it would be great to create custom zones based on max HR, reserve HR, Max Aerobic Speed... Not only based on % of Threshold

The app itself calculates the percentage you want in each zone. Enter the percentage relative to your maximum heart rate, threshold, pace, etc., and the app will calculate the value.

Also, create a Max Repeticion in the zone setting for Bench press, Back squat, deadlift and other main exercises in order to prescribe % in a parameter within strength workout builder.

That zones can be created from the MAS (Maximal Aerobic speed) 🙏
