There is a glitch in the connection with garmin. It doesn't happen often, but it's annoying when it happens. I record an activity with my Garmin, and trainingpeaks doesn't upload it. And I've tried eveything, connect, disconnect, upload manually... trainingpeaks says it's already uploaded, but it doesn't show it and it doesn't account the TSS. When one is training fot a race, it's a really annoying problem. And it's a problem in trainingpeaks, because uploading manually doesn't solve the problem.
