zone based targets
Please add the option to use zone-based targets to your workout builder. Can't quite believe I'm writing this but apparently:
"there have been enhancements to the TrainingPeaks Workout Builder, and one of the key updates is the introduction of intensity ranges. Instead of selecting a fixed zone (like Zone 1 or Zone 2), you now have the flexibility to set your heart rate targets as a specific range (for example, 85%-90% of your threshold)..."
- what would have given us even greater flexibility, IMO, is adding this option to the existing zone-based option rather than taking that one away. I can't be the only one who found being able to specify a zone entirely adequate.
