Treat TPV activities as Garmin Acitivities
Now that TPV is allowed to upload to GarminConnect third party apps connected to Garmins API dont receive TPV activities.
Third party developers say this happens because Garmin does not forward 3rd party activities via their API.
This should change and Garmin should not treat TPV activities as 3rd party activities
Somehow garmin did this for Zwift
