How can we improve TrainingPeaks?

Be able to set notification parameters to athlete's daily metrics so coaches can get notified when an athlete exceeds one e.g. MRHR

Many of my athletes do not add in metrics very often and sometimes add in important comments within the metrics that are easy to miss. Just having the ability to set notifications once an athlete enters in metrics would be great. I could see turning notifications "on" for the athletes that rarely add any metrics. Or maybe just a notification if they add in notes under metrics as this is where I find questions from time to time. Thank you for considering.

Great idea - would allow coaches to get notified when an athlete could be over training or over reaching.
