split work out
Is there a possibility to split (manually) run and bike times in training peaks after a duatlon

Currently there is not a way to split a workout and create new workouts for each part, but there is a work around for what you are trying to accomplish. Upload the file twice, to two different workouts, and then edit each workout to only be the bike or run segment. This support page should help.
