  1. I'd like to see better visualization comparison between different metrics.
    So for example.
I want to know how my HR value changed in different Pace Zones in the last three month, years e.g.

  3. For trail runners will be useful to have NGP available in graphs and scatter plots.
Also charts like Time in Speed Zone to be based also on NGP.

  4. I have a proposed enhancement for workout analysis. I'd like to be able to set a power threshold using a vertical slider alongside the analysis graph. The graph would highlight each time my power was above this threshold showing the length of time I was above it. This would help me analyse multiple efforts during the same ride e.g. sprint intervals or 30s efforts above FTP. The tool could work in exactly the same way with heart rate.

  5. For mountain runners and skimo racers a peak VAM chart similar to the peak power and peak HR charts would be really useful. You could see your best VAM for varying durations and track improvements over time.

  6. Hi, it is possible to add the ability to select median heart rate rather than average? If there are enough outliers in the data, it will skew the results. As an example, I just completed an hour run. My heart rate settled in to a range of 130-132 for most of the run but since there was a ramp in the beginning and at the end, they were included and it skewed the average down. I have also seen this have a larger impact on treadmill runs where I had to stop momentarily to start another session since I exceeded…

  7. For Peak Performances, if I set a new record that's greater than 25% more than my previous, I feel it should ask me to confirm if it's valid. Or at least some checks that I'm not running faster than Usain Bolt's 100m mph for a full mile, or swimming faster than Michael Phelps or biking faster than Lance Armstrong, etc... For those of us that live in a city and the buildings the GPS can be inaccurate and cause wildly incorrect times and an upper bound would be quite useful.

  9. I’d love to see a bulk-edit feature for workouts, especially useful for runners like me who switch to treadmill training in winter. Currently, my Garmin Watch records inaccurate pace data on the treadmill, even with calibration, which only adjusts the average pace. This results in skewed metrics like TSS and Peak Performance.

When I program interval training in TrainingPeaks, each segment is recorded as a separate lap. To correct the data, I'd like the option to manually enter a single pace value for each lap, rather than editing every second of data individually. This would save significant time and ensure…

  10. It would be great if you could facilitate Weekly Report Generation across a group or groups of athletes.
To think of just a few useful metrics one could include:
TSS, duration, total distance and elevation, AP/NP, Pmax, longest ride highest EF or IF perhaps
The reports could be done monthly, annually or date ranged perhaps for even greater functionality.

this tool would be great a coach's own group of athletes to foster community/share learning

it also the offers a springboard to share such data in the form of leaderboards across the whole TP community (possibly)...

    Is such a tool available…

  11. Currently you cannot 'overlap' ATPs. You can create multiple ATPs but these must not overlap in terms of dates. However, it would be very useful to be able to create different versions of an ATP (with the same / similar date period), so that we could compare different possible approaches to periodising the year. At any one time, only one of these ATPs would be 'active', and that's what would link to the calendar etc. But you could switch between the different ATPs. Currently the only way to do this kind of comparison is to create an ATP, then make…

  12. data in sleep metrics is currently measured in % hr. It should be measured in hrs:min:sec, like the time field in workouts.

also, more generally, it would be good to have a general custom field where athletes can track a bespoke metric which may not be currently available to be measured in metrics. thanks.

  14. Add metrics and progress bar or percent completed to custom goals over a given time period. For example: Bike 3000 miles in 12 months. I could view my progress of achieving that goal at any time.

Strava and Garmin currently have this option.

  15. It happens a lot of time I need to create new lap to analyze my athlete workout or races.
When I want to creat a lap, the only way is by using the drag feature in the data chart and it is always very tricky to create a lap as I want.

Is it possible to add a small feature where the selection can be edited manually entering the starting and ending time/distance or duration in a box?

  16. The PP chart in Strava, Golden Cheetah, etc. show peak power numbers for basically all time intervals, which is very helpful. It's nice to know if someone smashed an effort 8m long, but then you see a big drop to 10m. Or if someone has a great climb that's 45-50m long and their peak performances are on that climb, but not for 30m or 1h. Those highpoints on the curve are impossible to see with the big gaps in TP.

Thank you for the feedback. This is a common request and has been added to that project’s feedback.

Future opportunities have not been added to our road map yet, but we are actively collecting feedback which contributes to the prioritization process. We do not want to set up false expectations and want to make sure that there is awareness that this update currently is not prioritized and does not have an ETA.

  17. Need a chart that shows peak power after a user defined KJ. (eg 2000kj). Intervals.icu does this, why not TP?

  18. SRAM eTap tracks shifting data and I can see that data on my Garmin Edge 1030 but that doesn't get surfaced up into my TP workouts. I know this data is in the SRAM AXS portal also. Perhaps by building a connection to that partner the data could be mapped in?

  19. With AI being a key word these days, it would be nice if TP can also integrate machine learning for workouts to fit people's regular life style that has a hard time fitting in a full workout plan. This will take into considerations of workouts completed on schedule but also outdoor rides, virtual rides on TP-V, and make adaptive suggestions for the next workout on schedule to fit the person's goal. Other platform already offers it but the combination of TrainingPeaks with TrainingPeaks Virtual would make it a better offering.

  20. Currently, each bar on the StackUp chart has no value. So it's important to set a goal to try and reach the next percentile. If i click on a bar, it should tell me the range of watts/kg to be in that percentile.
