IndieVelo Legacy Founder's jersey
It would be great if there was an IndieVelo founder's for legacy sake. I think a lot are proud to have supported the start of a great community.
1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
As has been noted in the comments, this is already fully supported - members of the indieVelo Founders Club can select that as their team and ride wearing the IVFC jersey.

update slope rate of ramp test
I have been really enjoying TPV and all of the new features. The sloped ramp test is a good idea and I enjoy that much better than 1min increases.
Would it be possible to scale the slope of the ramp to increase approx 6% every minute? It seems like the current variation is a steeper ramp leading to a higher wattage in less time.
It makes comparisons difficult between 8+yrs of tests per Coggan, etc al, and the current TPV.
2 votesMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
The slope of the ramp test is set at 25 Watts per minute. This is consistent with all standard testing protocols so should be the same as you've previously done.

Apple TV remote (TPV version 0.4.18)
Version 0.4.18 is still terrible with the Apple TV remote. The AppleTV remote response is awful. Difficult to scroll. Difficult to get the selection over the right button in the UI. Difficult to click on anything. It might even be worse than before.
I even tried my iPhone's AppleTV remote app. With that I could scroll OK, but clicking is apparently disabled. Couldn't click on anything with the iPhone.

I'm delighted to say that this week's release (v0.4.18) resolves the issues with the AppleTV remote by replacing it completely with the new TrainingPeaks Hub mobile app.
You now no longer need to use the AppleTV remote at all - just download the TrainingPeaks Hub mobile app (available on both the Apple AppStore and Google Play Store), and use the built-in remote control function. This enables you to easily and quickly navigate menus and enter text using your phone - a truly game-changing experience when using AppleTV.

Confirmation required when joinig pen while in a race
Confirmation required when joinig pen while in a race
During the OMNIUM' race 3 I accidentally hit the join pen button. I appeared in the pen for race 4. However I had not yet finished though.
Is it possible to ask for confirmation during a race?2 votesMany thanks for your suggestion, and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this is now implemented in the latest release (v0.4.14) out today.

TPV version for Macbook with Apple Silicon
The Mac version we can use on Apple Silicon is an iPad version. This is not functioning as expected on the new MacBook/Mini—issues with full-screen mode, screen entering sleep mode, etc.
Is it possible to develop a TPV for Apple computers?1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that there is already an Apple Silicon version for Macs - simply go to https://trainingpeaks.com/virtual and download it from there!

Trainer calibration 10 mins into a ride / training session
It would be nice to be able to calibrate the trainer after riding for 10 minutes without having to “end ride” and start over with another ride/training session.
1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this is already fully implemented. While you are mid-ride, just select the main menu (click in the bottom left corner of the screen) and then you can select the pairing menu (which has the calibration option in it) from the options tab.
Alternatively if you are using a device with a keyboard, just hit the hotkey "A" and it will take you straight there.

Improve AppleTV virtual gear control
Since Zwift Play controllers, and I assume (though would be happy to be wrong) the QZ Fitness app can’t be used on TPv, it would be great if the virtual gearing built into TPv could be mapped to the +/- on the AppleTV remote. Or a click for up one and a double click for down one or something similar.
1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion, and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
As you're aware the AppleTV remote is incredibly limited in the numbers of buttons it has, and what can / can't be used by applications. However, as an alternative, TrainingPeaks Virtual already fully supports 3rd party games controllers - for example XBox, PlayStation or Avotro controllers - as well as custom homebrew controllers that use the XInput interface. These give you far, far more buttons to play with (including ones mapped by default to virtual gears) and are a much better way of controlling your ride on AppleTV.

Default route
I would like a default route of my preference to be automatically selected every time I start TrainingPeaks Virtual.
5 votesMany thanks for this suggestion, comments and your support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this has now been implemented for you and is available in the latest version (v0.4.6) out today. Your default route when starting a session is now always the last route ridden.

Keep it simple
I currently use trainer road and the basic screen with workout info and planned workouts is all I want, not any virtual riding. It would be great if there was a way to just have that as the screen and less virtual riding.
3 votesMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
As another commenter has already noted, you can completely customise the UI in TrainingPeaks Virtual to show whatever data / visuals you want. This includes being able to completely turn off the view of the world and just display the data (as well as being able to choose exactly what data to display).
From the Main Menu, choose Options > UI Settings to configure the UI to be however you would like it to be, customised just for you!

Steering error at ice mountain cathedral turn
The split in the road coming from the bridge to Ice Mountain is reversed. If I am doing a loop that goes to the right towards the cathedral, the arrow will point left.
If I don't do anything, then I will go to the left. If I push the right turn arrow, then the bike will go to the left
1 voteMany thanks for letting us know about this, and your support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that the latest version (v0.4.24) that has been released today fixes this bug and the direction indicators should now be correct.

Folders for custom workouts
TP Virtual, windows operating system only allows a dump of .zwo files.
Would be good to create folders within the TPVirtual Custom Workouts folder to sepearte types of workouts ( i see the intensity filter however doesnt alway sort well).
1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this is already fully supported. Simply create subfolders underneath the main Workouts folder, and your workouts will be shown in the main TPV application under each of those folders.

Units keeps reverting back to Imperial when I exit and then restart TraingPeaks Virtual
In the last week or so, the distance units keeps reverting to Imperial every time TPV is restarted.
I was using Metric since the start but not it appears that the units change to Imperial every time I restart TPV.1 voteMany thanks for letting us know about this, and your support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
The most likely explanation for this is that you have set TrainingPeaks Virtual to automatically synchronize settings with TrainingPeaks, and TrainingPeaks is set to use Imperial Units (and therefore when you start up TrainingPeaks Virtual, it updates that setting to Imperial).
You can change the synchronization options from the Main Menu > Profile > Rider Profile menu, or of course update your account settings in TrainingPeaks to use Metric units.

Controlable not working after update
In the last update, a change was made so that only all sensors would work. However, it turns out that some manufacturers not approved for TPV stopped allowing the controllable feature of the smart trainer to function. How should we proceed in this case, as only the power sensor works, and previously there was inertia when starting a climb, for example?
2 votesMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this has now been implemented in the latest release (v0.4.11) which is out today. This significantly improves the pairing infrastructure to resolve issues with ERG mode, sensors and dropouts.

Suspend Subscription during summer months (annual membership)
When TrainingPeaks Virtual becomes a paid product, the monthly subscription is on par with others. But the annual membership is cheaper than like Zwift. Some people only use TrainingPeaks Virtual and not the full blown TrainingPeaks platform. For those who only ride virtual and only during the winter months, it would be nice to have the suspend subscription during the summer months when people ride outdoor but still take advantage of the pricing of the annual membership.
1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
There are already two options for subscribing to TrainingPeaks Premium (which will enable you to use both TrainingPeaks Virtual, and the whole of the rest of the TrainingPeaks product set).
1) Monthly, which enables you to take a break over the summer, or whenever else you want.
2) Annually, which gives you access for the entire year.
As you've already noted, the annual subscription is already incredibly good value at only around $10 per month. As such, it's usually cheaper to just buy this, rather than to pick and choose which months you subscribe for - obviously it's your choice however if you want to take the more expensive monthly option and only pay some of the time!

UI//UX: Map gets fuzzy with motion blur
The map gets blurry with the motion blur turned on- that should not get blurred in my opinion
1 voteMany thanks for your suggestion, and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that the latest release (v0.4.17) completely reworks the mini-map and also fixes the issue with motion blur that you mention.
Simply click on the minimap itself (or use the options in the UI Settings menu) to change the level of zoom and/or whether it is locked to north / rotates with you, to suit your own preferences.

Team List Alphabetical and/or Search
The list of teams seems to currently be in a random order making it difficult for members to find the team and request to join as the number of teams increases. At a minimum please put it in alphabetical order, ideal would be to include a team name search.
5 votesMany thanks for this suggestion, comments and your support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this has now been implemented for you and is available in the latest version (v0.4.6) out today. The View Team menu now includes a search bar so you can type the (partial) name of a team / team code and it will just display those that match, enabling you to easily find a team. Everything is also always displayed in alphabetical order.

Display power and heart zone during virtual rides.
It would be helpful to see my power and heart rate zones during virtual rides.

Adding the CORE heat training zone to the metrics next to the Heat Strain Index
When I do my heat trainings with the CORE body temperature sensor I love to see the HSI and core temp. It would be even better when the heat zones are displayed so I graphically see when I am in my target heat zone 3.
3 votesMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
I'm delighted to say that this is now implemented in the latest release (v0.4.14) out today.

Structured workouts built and saved in TP are not appearing in my TP Virtual Ride workouts.
In TP Workouts, "My Library", I have several Structured Workouts built and saved using the TP workout builder. These are not appearing in the TP Virtual Workouts listings under any classification. I have allowed an hour and several close/re-opens of the TP Virtual app to give the system a chance to synchronise. Should I expect new structured workouts built and saved in TP to be recognised in TPV? Training Peaks is selected as a Connected Account in my Profile. Any suggestions?
2 votesMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
Workouts are currently synchronised from your calendar (not your library). Simply put a workout into your calendar, and it will automatically be available to ride in TrainingPeaks Virtual on that day.
We are also looking at implementing synchronisation of your library - that is already tracked under another suggestion in UserVoice.

Show all cloud services that are getting the workout data on the TP upload screen
When uploading a training session to TP and to other cloud services (E.g., Strava), it would be helpful to show which services will receive the data on the upload screen. Right now, it only shows TP on the upload screen even though I know it's also going to Strava. After I connected Strava, I assumed it would show a Strava icon or something every time I upload. Thanks.
2 votesMany thanks for your suggestion and support for TrainingPeaks Virtual.
TrainingPeaks Virtual already does exactly what you suggest - if you have authorized a connection to Strava, then the Strava logo will be shown when you finish a ride and are given the option to upload it. If the Strava logo is not being displayed for you it is because you have not authorized TrainingPeaks Virtual to connect to it - perhaps your rides are being synchronized to Strava another way rather than directly from TrainingPeaks Virtual?
