  1. For the past few weeks when setting up a workout event, the workout doesn't load when signing on to the event, nor when joining the event at the scheduled time.

  2. TrainingPeaks Virtual should be free for users who have "paying coach accounts" not only users who have "paying athlete accounts." We are both TrainingPeaks "customers."

    I'm delighted to say that this is already fully implemented. A TrainingPeaks Coach account already comes with a free Athlete Premium account which you can use for yourself to ride in TrainingPeaks Virtual. As a paying TrainingPeaks customer, you therefore already do not need to pay any extra to use TrainingPeaks Virtual.


    Obviously if you choose to give away that benefit to someone else, then it wouldn't be appropriate to give you another free Premium account though as you could then just keep on giving them away to have infinite free accounts!

    This should just work out of the box - by default TPV uses the best connection offered by any paired device, so would expect that if the trainer is broadcasting in 10Hz mode, then it will be received and acted on at 10Hz as well. The same applies in reverse - TPV sends commands (like gear changes) instantly, and the hardware should now respond faster.

  4. Since 0.4.24 sync seems to stop working between values in Training Peaks to Training Peaks Virtual. I noticed that my daily weight values are not updating nor am I prompted to validate any changes.

  5. At the moment, when spectating, you only have a Return option on bottom left.
    Would be great to have Menu so have access to graphic options - I often use spectate to see what graphic changes I can make to balance system capabilities with best visuals.
    It’s a good way to test set ups without having to start a ride and still have moving bodies

    I'm delighted to say that this is now implemented in the latest release (v0.4.26) on Windows/Mac/Android. It will also be included in the next (v0.4.27) release on iOS/AppleTV (due end-August).

  6. The Mac version we can use on Apple Silicon is an iPad version. This is not functioning as expected on the new MacBook/Mini—issues with full-screen mode, screen entering sleep mode, etc.
    Is it possible to develop a TPV for Apple computers?

    I'm delighted to say that there is already an Apple Silicon version for Macs - simply go to https://trainingpeaks.com/virtual and download it from there!

  7. The split in the road coming from the bridge to Ice Mountain is reversed. If I am doing a loop that goes to the right towards the cathedral, the arrow will point left.

    If I don't do anything, then I will go to the left. If I push the right turn arrow, then the bike will go to the left

  8. TP Virtual, windows operating system only allows a dump of .zwo files.

    Would be good to create folders within the TPVirtual Custom Workouts folder to sepearte types of workouts ( i see the intensity filter however doesnt alway sort well).

    I'm delighted to say that this is already fully supported. Simply create subfolders underneath the main Workouts folder, and your workouts will be shown in the main TPV application under each of those folders.

  9. In the last week or so, the distance units keeps reverting to Imperial every time TPV is restarted.
    I was using Metric since the start but not it appears that the units change to Imperial every time I restart TPV.

    The most likely explanation for this is that you have set TrainingPeaks Virtual to automatically synchronize settings with TrainingPeaks, and TrainingPeaks is set to use Imperial Units (and therefore when you start up TrainingPeaks Virtual, it updates that setting to Imperial).

    You can change the synchronization options from the Main Menu > Profile > Rider Profile menu, or of course update your account settings in TrainingPeaks to use Metric units.

  10. In race mode there is a Quick Look-back option. I believe it is tapping down arrow.
    In free ride, this is mapped as a U-turn if held for 5 seconds.
    Can the look-behind also therefore be implemented in free ride mode when it’s tapped ?

    Therefore, tap is glance back, hold for 5s is U turn

    I'm delighted to say that this is already fully supported. Simply hold down *any* camera angle hotkey (0-9) and it will operate as a quick look to that angle, and then return to whatever camera angle you were originally using after a few seconds.

    • j'ai testé la désactivation du pare-feu et de l'antivirus sans résultat
    • j'ai désinstallé TPV et réinstallé sans résultat

    • ci-joint logfile et image message d'erreur

  11. Since a few month I use Humango as coach. It is however not possible to see my planned training sessions in TP, and therefore also impossible to ride the planned training in TP virtual. Would be great if this could be fixed.

    I'm delighted to say that integration with Humango is already fully supported. Simply select Humango as a connected account (from the Main Menu > Profile > Connected Accounts > Humango), and workouts will automatically synchronise to TrainingPeaks Virtual.

  12. Training Peaks Virtual was working perfectly for the last 4 months until this week it continuously crashes and is not responsive on Windows PC while in a workout.

  13. I haven't been able to complete a workout with the virtual display at all this week. It is infuriating and I am want a refund at this point. I ride virtually to squeeze in rides with a busy schedule and I have to keep rebooting the game every few minutes.

  14. I'm currently having another problem with the screen freezing while I'm doing a workout I've created myself. The log file shows me warning messages that I don't understand: “Potential packet loss detected”, “Slow updates” and “Queue sizes”. Can someone please help me and explain what I should change in my settings.

  15. I have had a horrible experience with Train Peaks' virtual. It crashed at least 9 times during my workout. It seems to be server-related, as several users had the same problem. I have attached the log files. Hopefully, you can resolve the issue Zwiftly.

  17. Heart rate erg needs to be gradual when you start an interval. Also, if HR device fails, a notification should show and watts should not continue to go up.

  19. I've used Training Peaks Virtual regularly for a few months now its great. One thing that bugs me is that on iPad OS, each week the update is a mandatory update. While its great that the updates are so frequent, when they don't update automatically its a pain to spend a few minutes loading, then being told you need to go to the App Store to update and then the App Store may not even realise there is a new update.

    I've seen in another suggestion that its mandatory in events for everyone to be on the latest version, which…
