HR workouts
Allow Heart Rate based workouts to be pulled into platform to provide suggestions that automatically start in Free ride mode. Screen prompts for HR range Rx.

Interesting and would work for those that want to do longer endurance rides and zone out watching a movie or not have the virtual view as primary focus.

Workouts posed on calendar in TP (using Builder) do not appear in scheduled workouts in TP Virtual. TP is a connected account.

All Workouts scheduled in traininpeaks by coaches to pull through to TrainingPeaks Virtual. Power and heart rate workouts, currently only power scheduled workouts pull through.

I am using structured workouts in TP using heart rate targets. They are not appearing in TPV.

ERG based on heart rate. If heart rate is over training plan lower watts 20 beats wait 40 seconds or so and then re-evaluate.

Silly idea. You see your HR on the screen, so just pedal harder-softer as needed to keep it in desired range.

Using HR to control the power would be great to make it easier to stay within your Zone 2 HR zone on extended Free rides and Workouts.
I have used this mode in another training platform and found it very useful.
HR is set by the user and is changeable by 5 beats up and down with each click of the UP/DN arrows, the platform controls the power to keep you within 2 - 3 beats of target. Initially it would need to ramp up slowly to get you to the target zone.
