    We are currently reviewing our chat tool and features. While we do not currently have a timeline for releasing improvements, it is something we are actively researching.

    Main things I've been having troubles with is I can't copy my messages to be able to copy & paste common responses. Also, it's been extremely inconvenient to lose access to photos/videos after 30 days, because with online training, being able to compare old photos/videos to recent ones is a critical method of measuring & tracking progress. But if I can't conveniently go back and view old footage or photos, then I no longer have them for reference to compare to. That would be a massive improvement for me!
