Repeat workouts/notes/sessions over period of time
For example, if you have a rest day every Monday - be able to see this as a repeat entry. Or if you have a class or group session. You can set it as a repeat with same details for a defined period of time (i.e. next 8 weeks or forever)
Also - ability to delete the whole series too.

A repeating function for notes and workouts would be really helpful, especially for things like the female cycle where some athletes have very specific dos and don'ts around this time. As 28 days it doesn't fall into a 3 or 4 weekly de-loading cycle

I'd love to see a way to add a workout as you normally would by clicking the "+" button at the bottom of the screen or on the day you'd like to start from.
Once you select a workout or other activity you'd like to add, use a "Repeating" dropdown to make your workout repeat. Options could include daily, weekly, monthly, and custom.
