Specific Recovery plans/category
I would like my coach to be able to add specific recovery items so I can be as optimal as possible. For example: when to use Normatec boots, sauna, ice baths, specific stretching/mobility after workout. Currently the option is to add something that was done as other. Recovery is just as important as the workout.

Sauna tracking would be great. Time spent and temperature would be the only two metrics needed to track, so would be simple.
