Prescribe rep ranges in New Strength Builder
Please allow specifying a rep range for strength workout exercises, not just a target rep. The New Strength Builder is a great step in the right direction to fully-functional programming of strength workouts in TrainingPeaks, but it is still missing critical features like this.
Being able to specify the rep range is important for communicating and adhering to the workout plan. For example, if the coach programs 4 reps with the mindset of "at least 4" and the athlete executes 3 because it is "about 4", this is quite different than if the coach programs 15 reps intending a range of 15-20 and the athlete completes 14 because the last was a failed rep. While this can be typed out using the coach's notes, it's easier when creating many workouts to be able to use the UI to do so.

As other coaches have mentioned here, it would be great if we could prescribe strength training based on percentages of 1RM.
In addition, something very simple and essential is the addition of a field for interval time between sets, which could contain a timer for the athlete to keep track of. As already seen in other apps.
Also, as I have seen mentioned here, a field for linking sets of the same block, such as A1 + A2 in a "super set" and A3 separately, but in the same block.
In the "reps" field, it would be interesting to have a repetition range and not just an exact number as we have now, ranges such as 10 to 15 repetitions, or even the possibility of adding the option: maximum repetitions.
With all that being said, I would like to thank you for all the effort to make new improvements every day, great job!
