turning off notifications shouldn't be a premium feature

Turning off notifications shouldn't be a premium option. I made an account, which came with free trial premium services. I turned on notifications to try them out, my free trial ended, and now I can't turn off notifications unless I pay for premium.

    Please re-read my request. I turned notifications on during my free trial. Free trial ended and now I can't turn them off. I attached a screen shot if that helps to understand. See how notifications are on? See how it says notifications are a premium feature? I can't turn them off. Thanks.
