The current format 'uservoice', just doesn't feel user friendly/informative.

1, There doesn't appear to be any fluid management of duplicate requests, I've posted comments on a couple recently and can't see any update on them to indicate them being merged / removed. The thought process behind merging them would be under the assumption any votes would also be merged.

2, Whilst each 'idea' has a status, it feels like the current voting system is being ignored, there are ideas with have hundreds of votes that have been hanging around for a long time and there are many items currently being worked on that have none at all. This doesn't feel like it is in favour of the athlete / coach.

3, We have no concept of your timeline, just a list of 'planned' items, some of which have been hanging for a really long time. I've seen similar forums (for lots of different applications) use some really neat yet simple methods. Even something like a locked Trello board displayed publicly would be much smoother than having to root around filters in uservoice.

I don't intend for any of the above to be 'complaints', but to provide some genuine feedback about the platform. There are lots of great things coming in Training Peaks / Training Peaks Virtual, but there are also lots of basic things that need to be finished.
