Slow down the upload process from Garmin connect to ensure titles and comments get uploaded

We would actually like to speed it up! However, the speed of the sync is not the issue. When using the GarminSync feature, the original device file is sent from Garmin Connect to TrainingPeaks. Since we receive the original file edits that are made on Garmin Connect would be in the file. Adding to that, the current .FIT file format does not have a field for title nor comment, so there is no place to even put those items. In the end we prefer to receive the original file, so there are no plans at this time to change the current behavior. Tapiriik uses a different API to communicate with Garmin. I am not sure, but the title and comments may be preserved using that service.

I agree to not slow Up, but title and comments (and subsequently titles or comments changes in Garmin) should be sync in TP.

Yes Tapirik sends titles and comments fields, takes up to an hour to transfer. Will stick with them :-(

Senario- finish workout, garmin uploads automatically to phone/wifi etc, as of recently it adds its own title (usually the area in which the activity was started). I go into Garmin app to name the activity as appropriate to me. I then open my preferred training peaks app to find the activity unnamed. Frustrating as it is, I then have to add the same titles/comments manually to T-Peaks.
