  1. The current metrics system takes everything it can get from all linked applications, even when there is overlap. For example, I have Garmin connected to sync rides from my Edge and weight from my scale. I also have hrv4training connected to sync morning HRV and resting HR. When I go for a ride, Garmin sends my lowest HR to TP as "resting" HR, giving me two values for resting HR (one from each provider).

On the old metrics system, it was simple enough (although annoying) to delete the Garmin HR card. A better solution IMO would be to allow configuration…

  2. Hello,
I have an idea, you could add lactic acid [lactat.e] to the analysis in TP. Just like you can add fat level or weight. Lactat.e measurement in the morning. And lactat.e measurement for each training and general analysis by time [month, two years, week etc..] on the graph.

For example, I do a 9x 600m training and measure lactic acid after 3, 6, and 9 intervals and I would like to save these results in this training. And if I had 10 months of this data, I would like to see it on the graph.

    And also separately lactat.e…

  3. Unfortunately, not all devices measure in the same way, and should be a great opportunity to create different bike, indoor/outdoor, TT or normal, or just target a *** number.

If you want to create a workout based in *******, VO2Max, TT bike, it's difficult to always translate to %FTP.

Being a FTP believer, to base everything in % of a number sometimes make to spend too much time or make mistakes when creating workouts.

  4. Could you add the option to put the sweatrate as a metric in TP? so we can track it in long term and will be able to pull a long term conclusion regarding that.

Right now, I put it in my post-activity comments for my coach. However, I would like to track it more efficiëntly.

  5. If it does not, I think that would be a great addition to the power TSS. Include HR as an additional metric to gauge a more realistic TSS based on environmental factors that impact HR

  7. I would like to be able to see planned TSS for each sport in the Calendar view. Planned TSS needs to be adjusted to meet the ATP goal but also for each sport in the Calendar in order to maintain balance, or ensure progressive volume increase. Today, all sports TSS are added together in the calendar view. Would it be possible to either add a calendar view filter per sport that would be reflected in the "planned TSS" in the rightmost pane, OR, directly add the TSS breakdown per sport in the rightmost pane ?

  8. The Garmin Ultra activity auto-logs our non-moving time. Presumably our aid station time. It would be helpful if that could show up in TP. Either on a per lap basis or at least the cumulative amount for the activity.

  12. TP analytics offers "elevation correction" (important to trail & mountain runners and others) BUT after any changes, it does NOT update corresponding (r)TSS!

I cannot find that "recalculate" button that I used before, so what I to do is switching from rTSS to TSS and back to rTSS, just to trigger that recalculation. Please fix in some way (recalculate option, trigger TSS refresh after elevation correction <> 0). thank you!

  13. Movistar team and many other people and teams , use Reserve HR, that’s very accurate instead LHT, Max HR and Rest HR.
Please consider to add and ask them if you want to how important it is to train with this reserve HR metrics.
    Many thanks .

  15. 1) to be able to "star" or favorite specific workouts once pushed to an athlete. In mind specifically are time trial or assessment workouts.
    2) then, to be able to connect those into a report in the dashboard, where i can more easily track the progress over time. I'm doing this manually right now in the coach journal but would prefer it in the dashboard for reference.
    thanks!

  17. I think it would be extremely interesting if we could represent at least one metric in the performance manage dashboard, for personal analysis.

For instance, in my case I want to display HRV -in fact I enter the 10 day rolling average value of HRV, that I obtain from another system- against the already visible CTL, Fatigue, Form, TSS... I have found trends in HRV (the 10 day RA) to be of great significance when gauging if your body is being able or not to cope with the energy demands of training and life in general.

    For example, I was…

  18. Custom Field Creation: Enable users to create custom fields in their activity logs. These fields would be specifically designed to record ******* levels at different heart rates. This customization allows for more precise tracking of an athlete's physiological responses to training.

Data Input Options: Athletes or coaches can manually input ******* levels, measured through blood ******* testing during or after workouts, alongside the corresponding heart rate at the time of the test.

Graphical Data Representation: Integrate these custom fields into the platform's existing data visualization tools. For instance, a graph could plot heart rate (BPM) against ******* levels over time,…

  19. For both mobile and desktop:
Need to be able to view average stride length from run history and also be able to do so BY LAP so that user may see efficiencies / differences in stride length between laps (hard or easy).
