Coaches feedback
Basic athletes recieve notifications when the coach gives feedback on a session. Feedback is an integral part of coaching and basic athletes are missing this because they do not know when a coach has commented on their session. They should get notifications without having to upgrade to premium and pay for it.

Orange Theory Fitness
It would be great to connect the Orange Theory Fitness app to Training Peaks.

Assistance lists for onsite trainings or events
It would be great to mark a planned workout as "Onsite Session" so the coach can send an invitation to an athlete or group (athlete library folder), while the athletes can accept or reject, thus getting an assistance list on the coach view.

Show trainingstime in normal calender/agenda ( (i)Phone))
I think it would be a great help for all athletes if the trainings-time is also shown in the normal agenda on the (i)Phone calender.

audio messages
Being able to add short (i.e. 60-90") audio messages directly on training blocs and/or Notes would boost the efficiency of communications.
Those short audio recording could be added to all 3 sections (training description / Pre-activity / Post-Activity) or simply ONE audio recording
Because sometimes, the best way to communicate something is through your voice!

Support RTL languages in workout comments
Workout comments written in RTL languages are displayed incorrectly. The text is left aligned, which is not the default alignment for RTL languages. This can make the text difficult to read, especially if it contains both LTR and RTL words.

Show distance, pace range along with speed range in velocity units in workout details
When I create a workout for my athletes (especially running) the workout details field shows the distance, the various workout stages along with distance time or pace range information. This is too confusing if my clients have to run on indoors / treadmill where they need a calculator to convert pace units to speed units (like kmph or mph).
To solve this - TP can show distance, pace range along with speed range in velocity units in workout details. This will be super helpful.

Athlete Pre Activity Comments
I was amazed to find that coached athletes don't have access / can't see pre-activity comments box unless their coach has filled that in. Many have expressed, and I concur, that it would be great to have this box visible like coaches do. Very often athletes want to carry over metrics, speed, pace, or comments from previous sessions some way back in the past onto future ones and to highlight them. I often ask for athletes to record specific pacings, or results from say a pacing test over a set distance onto a future similar test, so they know their…

NoblePro Kinni Integration
I recently purchased a NoblePro treadmill which has the ability to export completed workouts back to Training Peaks.
It was be a great addition to be able to sync Training Peaks workouts back to Kinni (NoblePro's application) so I can then run those workouts on my treadmill without the need to make any adjustments manually during my run.
I'm not sure who would be responsible for making this happen but if you could work together with NoblePro on this it would be a game changer!

Glossary of terms
An easy glossary of initialisms/acronyms in the platform. They're not really clear and show up everywhere but don't lead back to an easy way to read about terminology like TSS.

scheduling comments
I have students that I coach and I would like to schedukle reply comments when they are not in school or sleeping. I review their workouts late or school hours and don't want to interrupt them in the middle of the class or sleeping

Subjective feedback
- allow the Coach to view the Subjective feedback scale (right now it's very small and not very apparent)
- create a Subjective feedback dashboard chart to track RPE trends.
- allow Subjective feedback as a Calendar layout view (on desktop) to allow easy scanning of RPE trends from calendar without opening Quickview or Analyze

It would be great if I could choose what workouts not to upload to training
For example if I take a brisk walk. I may not want that uploaded to the app. There could be options of which workouts to upload…defaulted to all. User can choose which not upload. Or is this feature available and I just haven’t found it

Community form or group for our athletes
Other online training apps have the cool feature of creating groups or community forms where the athletes can share their progress and talk about their training. I think this would create a tighter knit community for the athletes and help the coaches business. Similar to Strava's club feature and Myfitnesspals group feature.

Workout annotation
I would like the ability to add annotations (comments) to particular time points in my workout. It would work by highlighting a segment of a workout and leaving a comment just on that particular portion.
This way I can leave notes for myself or my coach on how I was feeling or what I was doing during a particular moment of the training session. It would also provide a way for my coach to ask or tell me something about a particular moment in my workout. Example comments might include: "I started cramping", "Watch showed high heart rate, but the…
