  2. Ability to pull report from time period (not just single date) and get daily output and average for that time period. (i.e run Readiness report for a Team for a given Week, then have that display each day output data then avg for the week).

  4. Hello,

I'd like to be able to easily see variations in readiness compared to the stress we put on athletes.

Currently the session rpe is of no use, we should be able to use it better.
For instance using the Rpe * session duration would give us a good information on the stress we put on athletes, and seeing how they recover would give us a nice idea if we are doing too much or not.

Having those on the same graph would be great.

  5. Percentages could be influenced by a low readiness score.
Ex a athlete is totally burned out and have a readiness score of 2 all percentage based programming could subtract with a factor depending on a objective scaling, that way the readiness score becomes a integral part of the workout as it playas directly in to the percentages used.

  13. If I have total sets, I can find out average reps per set. Eg. If a workout has 75 total reps and 15 working sets, I know the average reps are 5, which means my athletes are training at approx 85% for the defined period (an single workout in this example). Helps me cross reference that I’m prescribing appropriate load & load volumes, as well I can compare expected (prescribed) vs actual (athlete results).
