Naps as a metric
Someone mentioned adding naps as a metric back in 2020 but I think this idea should be revisited. Sleep is so vital for athletes and naps to include a portion of most athletes sleep so it would helpful for coaches and athletes to be able to track this metric.

Correlate readiness with intensity/volume/session rpe
Hello,
I'd like to be able to easily see variations in readiness compared to the stress we put on athletes.
Currently the session rpe is of no use, we should be able to use it better.
For instance using the Rpe * session duration would give us a good information on the stress we put on athletes, and seeing how they recover would give us a nice idea if we are doing too much or not.Having those on the same graph would be great.

Track and Graph volume / sets per muscle group by tagging exercises with primary and secondary muscles worked
It would be really great to have a functionality to track the volume (either total weight lifted or number of sets) per muscle over time (ie by week, month etc). This feature would make it much easier for the athletes and coaches to see how balanced their program is, and make changes to the program to give more attention to lagging muscle groups. I'm imagining a dropdown box where the user can select a muscle group and a graph of volume over time will be plotted, in addition to a sort of heat map on a body graphic to show…

Readiness score adjust workouts %
Percentages could be influenced by a low readiness score.
Ex a athlete is totally burned out and have a readiness score of 2 all percentage based programming could subtract with a factor depending on a objective scaling, that way the readiness score becomes a integral part of the workout as it playas directly in to the percentages used.2 votes -

Customizable exercise tracking metric displays
Currently you have to select from the entire list of exercises which one you want to see your training statistics on. It would be better to select a set of graphs for desired exercises that the athlete wants to routinely track, so that the exercises of interest load automatically and you can view them all by scrolling up or down without having to select which exercise you want to look at every time. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to create groups of exercises (ie goblet split squat, suitcase split squat, barbell split squat) are all the same…
