  1. I had to log in and log out 4-5 times today before I could do my planned workout ride. The first several attempts there appeared to be a glitch with ERG mode. Power would not follow the workout rides target power ... it stayed way lower, regardless of my gearing or how hard I pedaled. On the 5th attempt, everything worked normally, and worked good through the entire ride?

  2. Sometimes if my laptop goes into sleep or runs out of power mid workout, it never then reconnects to the trainer - in pairing, it "looks" like it is connected, and you can even unpair and repair - but it gets no data.... I have to QUIT training peaks and restart before it reconnects - which is not good when I am mid workout.

  3. Loving the experience so far, it's great to be on the journey with you to make this a brilliant product. I'm already invested in this as I've ditched Trainer Road as it's not needed now to do my indoor sessions.
    Anyway. I have a bug that's been about for a while where when I close the program it just hangs, continues to play the music yet doesnt do a thing. I then have to go to task manager and kill the process. How do I send you the log files?
    Also, noticed on Saturday that riders wheels were 'buried' about…

  5. TPVirtual seems to auto-pause if I stop pedaling during a workout. I do pre-set workouts concurrently with other teammates so I’d like the workout to keep going even if I pause my pedaling momentarily. I'd like a setting that I can change so that the workout continues independent of if I am actively pedaling.

  7. I use the pace bots for longer paced rides on different routes to the existing pace bot rides.
    At present the only option is the Keirin bot that brakes you if you pass it.
    I’d like an option to toggle that on/off - maybe that bot is only for Keirin…. Or cannot be unchecked if it’s a Keirin but for other events you can choose the way the bot works and whether you can pass it or not

  8. When connecting accessories, my Kickr Rollr does not have a power profile as on Zwift. I can only use the speed sensor and it’s WAY out. In fact, I’m chewing my bars on the velodrome and with 10 mph registering. Zwift (sorry to swear) have a ZPower profile for the Kickr Rollr and I therefore beg for this on here and then I will be with you for all my training, Many thanks in advance.

  9. Before hand I had signed up for all 4 "Wednesday Omnium" races. Warm-up and first two races went without any issues, but when I joined the 3rd race I got the error message of:
    "Already connected.
    Your account is already connected in another session.

    Please log out on your other session, and then try again."

    I was sent to the menu. And I tried multiple times to join, but got the same error message. And after the pen had closed I joined to "free ride" without any issue.

    (I also later joined the 4th race without issue.) And this is…

  10. I am impressed by how much the terrain/wind feed back into the feel of the training. I like it very much more than Zwift. My power reporting seems much more realistic.

    I found two things, though, that I think you may want to look at.

    1. I paired my Bontrager Duotrap 2 with the platform. While it paired and looked like it was going to work, I got zeros for cadence in my reporting. This is very much like when I tried to pair my Duotrap 2 with my Garmin Edge 530 as a Cadence sensor and not as a Speed/Cadence…

  11. I had some sensor issues so I stopped with only 0.4 km ridden to restart my Windows 11 PC, opted to discard the ride but it still saved and sent it to TP and Strava. After the restart, which solved my sensor issue, questioned if I hit 'Discard' so tried a test ride of 0.4 km again and it sent to TP and Strava this time as well. No autosaving and two rides uploaded here like another post, just the one.

  13. Please sync the TP Virtual activities to Suunto so that all my activities are in place in both, TP app and Suunto app.

    There is already a sync from Suunto to TP and also from my Hammerhead to Suunto and TP. Adding a sync from TP Virtual to Suunto will make all complete. Getting a good alternative for Garmin and any indoorplatform is important and I guess Hammerhead/Suunto/TP Virtual could be that platform.

    Currently Rouvy syncs to Suunto and TP. But why using and paying for Rouvy if TP Virtual is included in my TP Premium membership?

  14. Coordinate with bike computers to show while we do endurance rides our actual-time decoupling or EF. Lets us know when we have had enough, turn back.
    The apps on the market and Garmin Performance can be off quite a bit when I compare post-ride with EF and decoupling in ride segments with TP

  15. Regarding the Humango integration - the scheduled workout appears - thank you this is great - however, the completed activity does not upload to Humango - I have to do this manually - is this how it should work or a bug?

  18. Is there a way to make the lighting in the game more dynamic or realistic?

    I was thinking about ways to achieve it.
    1. Unity game engine lighting tuning
    2. Enable Unity 6.0+ support for HDR
    3. Monitor specific setting for dynamic contrast <-- This is what I used...

    It really added depth and realism to TPV. Riding through shadows (at night/moonlight) and then into an open area with moonlight was impressive. It also made the textures look significantly better and "pop visually."

    Enhancing the lighting/shadow effects within the game would significantly improve the overall experience.

  20. There has to be a better way of doing updates. It would be great if the request to downloads of new updates be moved from the start of a session to the end of a session. Zwift does this as well and its a really bad design. If the software update is a large download an you have a slow connection, you can be blocked from starting your cycle session for quite some time or even miss a scheduled race which is worse. I would like to a option/warning at the end of my session to do the update now…
