Add the Power Profile Graph into Beta
Extremely useful given that this is a power based tool
8 votesWe released the power profile chart in the beta web-app today. We have a few small improvements planned for next week too.

4 weeks or more view in the training plan calendar
Please add the ability to select the number of weeks that the calendar will display by default. Not being able to view the calendar 4 or more weeks at a time is a real limiter and adds a lot of time to my workload. I have tried to use full screen but then I don’t have the ability to quickly jump between other pages or WKO. Please add this function back to the new version.

Make the auto save 'feature' of post activity comments from athlete and coach to be longer than the current 1 minute
Hi Matti
No other questions, but I do have a request.
To recap:
I originally wrote to you about the auto save function on the post activity comments. You came back to me and said its a feature so you don't lose comments if the Internet connection is sporadic. I advised this is a problem IMO and for my work flow if it is set to 1 min because I have to rush my thoughts/pre-prepare them/keep typing the space bar whilst I think so that the comment doesn't auto populate.
Could you guys possibly consider extending the time limit? Or…8 votesAuto save was disabled completely on August 19, 2015.

Upload workouts created with workout builder directly to a Garmin device.
It would be a great help if workouts created with the workout builder could be uploaded straight to garmin device.
Simular of how workouts are downloaded in training peaks.

Allow for seperate HR training zones for cycling and running within the user profile
Currently, trainingpeaks.com only supports setting a singular set of HR training zones for each user in user profile. However, it is a commonly known aspect that HR training zones for running and cycling are almost always going to differ by 8-10bpm. Right now, I just use my HR zones computed on my running LTHR. But the metrics on the dashboard are pretty well skewed for total training time in these zones as the single setting of zones applies only to running or cycling, and do not have a way to differentiate these. For example, if I'm riding for 2hours and…
7 votesKaren is spot on with her comment on this. TrainingPeaks.com already has the ability to set sport specific HR zones. If you continue to have troubles with this, our support team would be happy to help you setup this feature within your account:

Improved API
TrainingPeaks is the center of my training universe, but there are many peripheral services and devices that are also important. Instead of trying to make TO into a 'do everything' service I'd suggest that you focus on your core and provide a robust API to allow users to bring it all together. 'Quantified self' type devices and nutrition tracking services would interest me the most. Instead of 'add withings x' or 'support my net diary' or whatever, just make it dead simple for such services to upload data to TP (which you're already doing a pretty good job of on…
7 votesWe’re already working on a much improved API to enable 3rd parties to provide us data. It’s ongoing, but we’re fully committed to it already.

equipment chart
I train with multiple pairs of shoes to even the mileage and though I can track them individually in each work out, to check the mileage on a specific pair I have to go into a work out, select equipment, then go through each shoe to see where they are.
Could you please add a graph, or something to the like so I can click in one place and see what the mileage is on all of the shoes I have loaded into the program at one time?
7 votesWe have equipment data shown now in the settings for equipment in the Beta app. In the future, we’ll add a Dashboard chart.

peak power chart
On the peak power chart - if the current ride was not the peak performance, I would like to see the date of when the peak power was recorded as I hover over the line in the graph that gives me the top performance.

Bug? - Scrolling - Doesn't stay on the week you are working on
When I scroll (rather than using the arrows) to the week that I want to work on, then make modifications to that week (i.e. add a workout and save it), TP goes back to where I was BEFORE I scrolled - even though I want to continue to work on the week that I scrolled to. I hope this is actually a BUG rather than a WAD, because I find it very frustrating to have to continually have to scroll back down to where I was after each new workout is added (or to have to use the forward one…

As a coach working with multiple athletes with different FTPs, I would like to be able specify workouts in terms of duration at a certain percentage of FTP. For example, 2x 20' @ 90%. I'd like to be to store this workout in my library and be able to drag it to different athletes and auto-update based on each athlete's FTP. So if an athlete has an FTP of 300W, when I drag my 2x20 workout to his calendar, the 90% of FTP gets replaced with 270 W.

add possibility to set hrTSS as priority method for TSS estimation in various activity types
For those who use HR monitor for all sports including swim and do not have power meters, it would be great to have the possibility to set hrTSS a priority method by default for all the activity type, in order to get consistent TSS estimation across all workouts.
May be hrTSS, is not the most accurate value but as a multisport athlete I value more the consistency of the measure rather than is absolute precision.
In case you should work on improving the hrTSS algorithm as it is the most common way people want to use to understand their effort.…7 votesWhile you cannot set a default for the TSS calc, you can now toggle between which channel you’d like to use to calc the TSS for your workouts.

Turn off the feature on TP that sets a +-10% of target zone working watts/pace.
Turn off the feature on TP that sets a +-10% of target zone working watts/pace.
For example, your coach sets a 10´ warm on zone 50-150W, when you transfer and sync the workout, vit download .fit file or via IQ app to and Edge device, that 10´ interval of warm up is set 65-165W.
Thats not good, because you may be in another working zone (for example Z1 to Z2).
So we are having an issue overlapping watts working zones.
Solution please!7 votesMarch 14, 2018
The workout builder has been updated with three new features:1. Workout steps can be set to have an open duration. For most devices pressing the lap button will take you to the next step of the workout. This is currently available for Garmin devices. We expect other device manufacturers to implement this feature shortly. A suggested duration is still required for these steps so the planned duration and TSS for the workout can be calculated. This value will also be used for devices and file formats that do not support this feature.
2. Target values for the step (power, pace, heart-rate) can now be set to a custom range. This range will be used for Garmin devices. Most indoor cycling platforms require a single value for ERG mode, and the midpoint of the range will be used in that instance.
3. Cadence can now be set…

Go Back To Old Post-Workout Comment Method
Previously, a person could write a comment, enter the Analysis view, continue the comment, got back to the Summary view, and still continue the comment until that comment is saved.
Currently (as of sometime last week 1/8/18, the comment disappears when switching from Summary to Analysis view and vice versa. This makes things much harder to write the full comment as a coach or athlete.
Can we return to the previous way of editing comments.

The disappearance of hidden workouts when disconnecting between coach and athlete
If, as a coach, you currently keep your preparation hidden for future training sessions or write notes but want to keep it hidden from the athlete. these will all become visible when the athlete disconnects from the coach. i suggest making hidden things disappear when disconnecting. that way, as a coach, you can set up a long-term plan and still keep it hidden. at the time the partnership ends, the athlete does not get this information for free.

Revise Calendar "Metrics" to allow imported metrics & user metrics in the same Calendar "window"
Today's update (browser based app) really messed up my ability to keep all my metrics in a single window; it now forces me to see the metrics that TP (Training Peaks) imports from Garmin in one calendar "window" and my added metrics in a second calendar window!
I really liked, and prefer, the previous method of containing both types of metrics together in a single calendar window. The attached graphic file (*.png) shows, in green arrows, the preferred calendar "window" vs. today's new method, in red arrows.

Date range selection by Pod on the Dashboard
Would it be possible to add the date range selection to the individual Pods on the Dashboard instead of (or in addition to) having a single date range that applies to all Pods? I would like to have multiple instances of the Fitness Summary Pod on the Dashboard with different date ranges so I can visually compare my workout makeup by weeks or months or even by years.
6 votesWe have decided to not modify the data range selection conventions on the Dashboard for the time being. That said, we will continue to review this suggestion, and perhaps pursue this feature suggestion down the road. Thanks!

scrolling through PMC
It would be cool to scroll through the PMC
A timeband under the PMC would allow the selection of a specific time frame and you can have a kind of zoom it zoom out view of the PMC
thanks
6 votesyou can zoom into the PMC on your dashboard in our classic system now… note it’s not possible in the new Beta, but it’s something we’re looking to re-add back into the chart.
