Visual clutter
Visual clutter
The app has too much information on the home page. There is absolutely no need to display "performance insights" if the student isn't a Premium user—it makes the home screen look extremely cluttered. The weekly summary doesn't need to be on the home page either; it could be placed somewhere else, like a specific section just for the athlete's extra information. Several users feel the exact same way, finding the app quite confusing.1 vote -
android login
Authentication on android app frequently requires username and password and also provides no support for password helpers installed on my device...google passwords, etc. Password must be entered manually. Biometric auth would be very useful.

A Few Bugs in the strength app
When I log a strength workout if I have bad internet sometimes when I hit complete workout it will just delete all my check marks and modifications to the weight. Also why did you remove the ability to change the duration of strength sessions, I sometimes forget to end workouts etc. Also because I can't manage strength training load via TSS I have to at least use duration, which I now can't change for some reason.
Thanks id be happy to explain more.

TrainingPeaks Integration for the Cadence App (Access to your API)
I use the Cadence app on my iPhone as my bike computer while riding, and I would really like to see easier integration between Cadence and TrainingPeaks.
At the moment, when I have a structured workout in TrainingPeaks, I need to manually export/import files in order to use it in Cadence. This adds friction to what would otherwise be a very simple workflow.
Cadence is a very easy-to-use cycling app, and I believe many riders are already using it or would benefit from being able to send TrainingPeaks workouts directly to the app. Their website is: https://getcadence.app/
From what I…

Android app needs modernization
The Android app looks very outdated.
There is no Dark mode. Navigation is not very user friendly. You should incorporate M3 Expressive design guidelines.14 votes -

Upload/Attach iPhone photos
For a paid service it should auto compress my photos for me. Seems strange I can’t attach photos for my coach directly from my phone

Ordering tiles on mobile app
With all the new metrics, insights and such on the mobile app, the workout for the day gets lost under everything. Can we please have the ability to reorder the different metrics so what is individually important is the first thing the athlete sees?

App is buggy
The TrainingPeaks app seems incredibly buggy. I'm a paying (premium) customer and I'm sorely disappointed.
I'm signed up for mobile push notifications and emails, and I don't get emails.
I get notifications that my coach added notes, but then the notes aren't there (when I click the notification, it takes me to a page to write my own note), OR they are only readable if I click on them from the notification center but don't show up on the calendar for date they should be attached to. Sometimes I just get an error.
There's also a mismatch on web and…

Premium pop-up
As an athlete, 99% of the time I’m accessing my workouts on the iPhone mobile app. The “upgrade to premium” pop-up appears every time I open the app to view my workout. I’m probably not going to upgrade, due to cost, so I want the pop-up to go away permanently. If I select NO on the pop-up, remove it.

Use caching and stop rendering the entire mobile app unless at startup.
It's super frustrating to have the mobile app fully render any time I change screens. App is still open in the background. E.g I open TP to view a workout, then swap to a different app, swipe back to TP it shows the reloading symbol and "Refreshing". Also, use caching for workouts that are viewed. If I click on a run workout, for example, and then check the next day's workout and go back to check the run, it takes a moment to reload that workout. It's a very small amount of data to cache while app is active and…

Gym workouts
Gym strength workouts are underpowered compared to other gym apps
- ability to modify a workout during execution eg to substitute one set for another
- populate weight and rep count with last achieved
- recommend new weight and rep count based upon analysis of history
- show me strength by muscle group and how this is changing
- show me equivalent 10 rep capability for each set9 votes -
Mobile App: Drag-and-drop to reschedule workouts
It'd be nice to have the ability to long-press and then drag-and-drop scheduled workouts to reschedule them on the calendar view. While clicking through multiple pages to reschedule something isn't impossible, it's more steps then it needs to be in this age of UX design and I do find that I end up putting off adjusting my schedule until I'm at my computer.

Streamline user interface in strength training
In the mobile app when I go to click a strength workout to open the video and read the description it often does not open properly and will.

Performance Insights / Metrics
On the home page, Performance Insights show
Fitness | Form | Fatigue
On the calendar and menu (top left hamburger menu) we have Performance Metrics of
Fatigue | Fitness | Form
Which means I'm constantly having to figure out which one I'm looking at and which numbers are which. Excess cognitive load that is entirely unnecessary.
Please make these consistent.
