  1. When selecting a workout type, it would be great to have an 'indoor bike' option. To use clearly as an indication to athletes to complete the session on an indoor trainer, rather than out on the road.

    Thank you for the feedback. This is a common request and has been added to that project’s feedback.

    Future opportunities have not been added to our road map yet, but we are actively collecting feedback which contributes to the prioritization process. We do not want to set up false expectations and want to make sure that there is awareness that this update currently is not prioritized and does not have an ETA.

  2. Hello, in the arabian world we start our week in Saturday however, in training peaks app/site we don't have that option only sunday&monday, however, in garmin connect we can start our week with Saturday and this is the number one reason for us as arabian coaches / atheletes why we dont use training peaks.

    An engineering spike/estimate has been done on this update. There are dependencies that make the effort larger, but we do plan to prioritize this in the future. We have been working through the top requests here in Uservoice and this is absolutely one of the top ones. 

  3. I think it would be great to create custom zones based on max HR, reserve HR, Max Aerobic Speed... Not only based on % of Threshold

  4. Would be nice if you could mix HR and Pace in workouts, i think the recovery HR is more important than Pace, i like it if i´m running outside but hate to use garminconnect for creating workouts(with that you can mix both)

  5. I love using Dynamic plans but would love to be able to build workouts based on Training Zone (ie, Zone 1-5). We do ******* testing with our athletes to have more accurate training zones, and it's hard/impossible to prescribe them accurately for the group using the % threshold tool.

    I would also be really helpful to be able to compare "planned time in zone" to "actual time in zone" once the workout is completed.

  6. Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

  7. i have accidentally deleted workouts before as a coach and as an athlete before and would like some way to retrieve that. either an undo button or something. i do not want to have to lock everything

  10. It would be nice to have a 'Warm-Up Library' where you can add your own different kind of WU's: (repeated)sprints, progressive efforts, high cadence spin ups, torque efforts. To then access these in the workout builder, to drag them for a workout. Would be time-efficient, and a good way to differentiate more in WU.

  11. TL;DR = need to be able to clear, or select a blank value, for time of a future workout.

    Problem:
    When workouts are added by myself or my coach, they sometimes have a clock time and sometimes only the calendar date where the time value is Null.

    The time is not useful to me, so it is much preferred for the time to be null for scheduled workouts. When there is a time, it's the default value of midnight (12 am).

    When the default 12am time is assigned, it is actively problematic when my Training Peaks workouts sync to Google…

  12. I cread a workout for an athlete by duration. But some athletes like to know the rough distance as well. It would by helpfull if TP calculate it...
    The otherway around is already poissible...

  13. When I'm re-arranging Plans i need do shift planed Trainings. My Coach / Training Plan works with notes. If I shift planed trainings Notes don't shift... This is a real nuisance

  14. One of the recent updates forced the calendar URL link for exporting calendar to GMT rather than the local time zone. It can't be changed in Google calendar and so it shows up wrong on the calendar. This wasn't a problem until sometime earlier this year and I just figured out it wasn't me or my new phone.

  15. For example,

    • a kind of diary/annual plan, in which the workouts are less detailed but especially the detailed supplementation schedule can be added to certain periods, where altitude training can be planned, where medical reports/check-ups or physio screenings can be uploaded...
      Ideally, this would then have an output function/reference/link to the detailed workout schedule.

    • An overview of all the 'team members' with a brief summary on past training load, injuries, HRV/RHR, their next race goal... could be interesting as well.

    • Having a possibility to chat with other coaches, nutritionists, doctors through different accounts about a certain shared athlete will be…

  16. At the moment you can only choose between power or heart rate zones when building a workout. As not all athletes have a powermeter it is quite laborious to consider that fact and prescribe the workout with the right zones (power or heart rate). If multiple zones (heart rate, power RPE or other...) can be displayed in a prescribed workout you no longer have to think about wether the athlete has a power meter or not.

  17. In the workout builder, while building a workout, clicking cadence automatically adds a cadence range that I DONT WANT and have to constantly change.

    Please create in our settings some default preferences for the workout builder including default cadence.

    The expectation when I have set my default cadence in settings is that when I now create a new workout and click 'cadence' my preference of 90 is set. (for example).

  18. PROBLEM
    All workouts created using the Workout builder look the same. You cant tell if its Power, HR or RPE based.

    SOLUTION:
    on the calendar, a workout will have a small icon showing if its based on Power, HR or RPE at a glace!

    If you build a:
    Bike workout based on Heart Rate - a 'Red Heart' will show
    Bike workout based on Power - a 'Lightning bolt' will show
    Bike workout based on RPE - a 'RPE chart' will show

    WHY?
    1. At a glance on the calendar you KNOW what's slated for our athletes

  20. As a coach, I make training plans on real watts (cycling) or in pace (running).
    E.g.: 4 x 1000m running @ 3'/K with 45" Rest. I still am waiting for this very important way of making build-up plans!
    You only work in % of something, but not in real watts or paces. For me, this is very important (and I guess also for other coaches)!
