Workout Builder 'blocks and repeats' option
It would be great to have an option to make a workout block using "a number of steps" and "a number of repeats". So essentially combine the two options available on the current workout builder.
So I could make a single effort consisting of 5 ramps of targets, and repeat it 3 times. At the moment, I would have to enter that as a ramp block, then having to duplicate it as many times as I need.

I see I sort of replicated this here:

Whilst you can create an RPE-based workout in the workout builder, it would be much better to create a standard %FTP workout that has one or two "FreeRide" blocks.
For example:
- A test with a prescribed warm-up
- An interval with a "hard as you can go" sprint at the end
- A long intervals session with a bit of fun at the end! -

Ability to not just save full workouts but also to save blocks (i.e. the warm-up or a pre-set) that can easily be added to other workouts.

An option in workout builder to have a starting and ending load would be great. Rather than having to program a million different ramps.

If we can build and save a block then we can re use it on future workouts
