Change "Availability" to include time available. "Unavailable" should not be the only option.
If someone is busy on a certain day, it could be great if the coach or athlete could add "30m" or "1h" or "2h" availability to train, rather than simply blocking off a day as "unavailable" to train. Maybe a cyclist can usually do a 4-5h ride on the weekend, but on a particular week they can only fit in "2h" and it would be great to be able to mark this.

I love the app overall. However, I would like to improved the speed I can communicate my availability with my coach. The current availability option is half way there but too centered around restricting training. I would like to have the following options so I can put my availability in regardless of my situation, this way my coach will know exactly what time I have to train and can give extra on the days I have more capacity along with restricting days I am constrained.
- Add options for Full Availability and Extra Availability
- Add New options Section to select training blocks for the day with the option of adding time, e.g. Morning, Midday, Afternoon, Evening blocks with and option of entering hours in decimal format for each block.
