Hello, in the arabian world we start our week in Saturday however, in training peaks app/site we don't have that option only sunday&monday, however, in garmin connect we can start our week with Saturday and this is the number one reason for us as arabian coaches / atheletes why we dont use training peaks.

  2. I think it would be great to create custom zones based on max HR, reserve HR, Max Aerobic Speed... Not only based on % of Threshold

  4. I love using Dynamic plans but would love to be able to build workouts based on Training Zone (ie, Zone 1-5). We do ******* testing with our athletes to have more accurate training zones, and it's hard/impossible to prescribe them accurately for the group using the % threshold tool.

    I would also be really helpful to be able to compare "planned time in zone" to "actual time in zone" once the workout is completed.

  5. Strength Programming (intensity: %RM, VBT, RIR, set/reps) & Workout Library

    -Can we have the option to set SI units by default when programming S&C?

    -Can we have the option to prescribe/record VTB data in the add parameter column (Power, Velocity, Peak Velocity)?

    • Can we program with RIR (reps in reserse) and % of 1/3/5 RM?

    -Would like to be able to prescribe exercises in supersets as per the example below: A1) 3x5 A2) 3x8 A3) 2x20s
    Currently, if one exercise has X number of sets, then all the exercises have the same number of sets.

  6. Would be nice if you could mix HR and Pace in workouts, i think the recovery HR is more important than Pace, i like it if i´m running outside but hate to use garminconnect for creating workouts(with that you can mix both)

  7. Most workouts include more than one type of interval/exercise/drill in various combinations. It would be very convenient, when creating workouts as a coach, to have a separate library of workout blocks that can be draged into workouts.

  11. When I'm re-arranging Plans i need do shift planed Trainings. My Coach / Training Plan works with notes. If I shift planed trainings Notes don't shift... This is a real nuisance

  12. Why can’t you use an ATP across multiple athletes? I’m coaching a squad and they’re all following the same annual plan. You should be able to duplicate, transfer and map an ATP to any athlete or group of athletes. Please prioritise this - it’s a real blocker to gave to do an ATP for every single athlete.

  13. It would be nice to have a 'Warm-Up Library' where you can add your own different kind of WU's: (repeated)sprints, progressive efforts, high cadence spin ups, torque efforts. To then access these in the workout builder, to drag them for a workout. Would be time-efficient, and a good way to differentiate more in WU.

  14. One of the recent updates forced the calendar URL link for exporting calendar to GMT rather than the local time zone. It can't be changed in Google calendar and so it shows up wrong on the calendar. This wasn't a problem until sometime earlier this year and I just figured out it wasn't me or my new phone.

  16. At the moment you can only choose between power or heart rate zones when building a workout. As not all athletes have a powermeter it is quite laborious to consider that fact and prescribe the workout with the right zones (power or heart rate). If multiple zones (heart rate, power RPE or other...) can be displayed in a prescribed workout you no longer have to think about wether the athlete has a power meter or not.

  17. I cread a workout for an athlete by duration. But some athletes like to know the rough distance as well. It would by helpfull if TP calculate it...
    The otherway around is already poissible...

  18. TL;DR = need to be able to clear, or select a blank value, for time of a future workout.

    Problem:
    When workouts are added by myself or my coach, they sometimes have a clock time and sometimes only the calendar date where the time value is Null.

    The time is not useful to me, so it is much preferred for the time to be null for scheduled workouts. When there is a time, it's the default value of midnight (12 am).

    When the default 12am time is assigned, it is actively problematic when my Training Peaks workouts sync to Google…

  19. Currently you can do a structured run workout on heart rate, it will give an alarm when you go out of your zone.
    I would like this for run power (with stryd).

  20. Ability to program strength workouts with Reps in Reserve as a parameter. RIR is much more useful than reps or RPE to control for intensity within strength workouts.
