  1. When selecting a workout type, it would be great to have an 'indoor bike' option. To use clearly as an indication to athletes to complete the session on an indoor trainer, rather than out on the road.

    Hi all,

    Sport Subtypes will now be auto assigned upon a completed file upload for Premium Athletes (Basic Athletes can still manually choose a subtype).

    Nothing you need to do here, the categorization will happen upon uploads.

  2. I have both a Garmin and an Apple Watch (as do athletes that I coach). I feel that the health metrics from the AppleWatch are richer than they are on Garmin. I've been sending mine to TrainingPeaks via HealthFit and it's generally working out pretty well. The only thing I don't really love is the data isn't aggregated to one daily metric per day. I'd HRV, Pulse for one, SPO2 for another Weight for another (and then I go combine into 1 EVERY DAY.

    Native support would make this process much easier.

  3. Ability to have uploaded strength workouts auto sync with the new strength programming sessions programmed for athletes in their programs as currently it keeps them separated and cannot lync/sync them together to be completed unless you check off each and every exercise.

  4. Currently once you start a workout which has been created in the new strength workout builder, you cannot alter some of the key parameters (e.g. adding sets, merging to create supersets, etc). This kind of functionality is so useful (and is built into the free versions of apps like 'Strength Log'). It would be great to have this available as part of the TP version.

    Also not sure why you can only create the workout on the desktop app, and then only execute it on the mobile app?

  6. Include the details shown for strength and conditioning limiters for each one of the ATP phases in the weekly summary column of the calendar view.

  7. The new strength session is great but it can not be moved to lower in the day so it always sits at the top.
    ✅It would be great to be able to move this so it sits after a aerobic session - IE stretching, or post run plyometrics

  8. I am loving the new Strength Training but I need to be able to unlock it from the top of the calendar. Is there a timeline for this?
