Walk workouts
Walk workouts are not being sent to the Garmin Calendar, and "Walk" cannot be selected as an activity type in the Garmin watch, even if I mark it as "Other." The user should be able to select any available activity in the watch to track their activities clearly.
Why is "Walk" not allowed to be chosen? I doubt that is for a technical reason and for elder people, or recovery workouts, a Walk activity is more than common and expected.

*******
Small suggestion. Add field for ******* value measurement. Could be import of data from ******* scout or just manual . Many athletes and coaches measure ******* today. This would really give value for highend athletes. Building step test, track progression, finding the "real" sweet spot, tracking and define athlete profile etc. Br Erling Worm

Garmin Reset Sync When Changing TP Power Zones
Fix the connection between Training Peaks and Garmin so that when power zones are updated in Training Peaks for planned workouts, the zones are updated in the Garmin connect app and head unit.
(Currently, planned workouts on the Training Peaks calendar change with a zone update, but Garmin will not make the same change on the head unit once the workout file is sent to Garmin Connect before the zone change.Workouts do not send to the Garmin if the coach hides the workout which is good.
This is most important when zone changes are made to the current training…

Start a Workout from Windows
I would like to be able to Start work out from my Windows PC or Tablet. I would find this easier than having to use a phone.

Llume Strap Integration
I would love an integration with the Llume strap, or at least a way to track respiration rate within workouts. Having a data field to look at comparing to power, HR and more would be great. This would also be really cool to see live in TPVirtual. I am sure there are other options out there to track respiration that would be great to have added as well, but Llume is the one I am familiar with and working with.

Some suggested tweaks to TrainingPeaks Daily Workout IQ App
Hi there
I have the TrainingPeaks Daily Workout IQ App and use it 4 times a week on my structured plan.
I am enjoying the workouts and am benefitting from them
I would like to suggest a couple of tweeks to the app though.1 Could it be made to have cadence on the page as a lot of the workouts have a cadence target also.
2 Could the app be made a 2 page item with the second page being the workout summary as sometimes it is useful to have a reminder of what the upcoming segments are
3…3 votesOnce you are performing the workout you are no longer in the TrainingPeaks CIQ app, instead you are back in Garmin’s workout interface. We are not able to directly make any modifications to Garmin’s workout interface, but we can send your feedback to the the team at Garmin. We have already sent them a request that at least one of the data fields on the workout screen be customizable. This would allow you to add cadence to that screen. Until then, you can still access all the other data screens on your Garmin device, just page left/right or up/down as usual. Even when not on the workout screen, you will still get in/out of range alerts and notifications when starting the next step along with what the new target is. You can also create a custom page with cadence and most of the workout fields. When adding data fields to…

trainingpeaks ConnectIQ App - existing device support (or lack thereof)
The new ConnectIQ app (released today) does not support the 920XT/Fenix3 and most other devices of that generation.
Given that the 935 and the Fenix5 devices have only been released in the very recent past...that means that your "new" app supports only a very small percentage of the real Garmin / TP user community. I understand the desire/need to announce support for the 935 on launch day....
...but, NOT providing support for the actual current userbase at the same time is VERY LAME.
3 votesThe app uses a few new features of the Connect IQ 2.2 SDK, which allows content to be downloaded, stored, and executed on the device. Unfortunately, the 920XT and Fenix 3 are both CIQ 1.x devices, so our app will not run on those devices.
Currently the supported devices are:
Edge 1000, 820, & 520
FR935
FR735XT – pending a firmware update
Fenix 5 – all variants
Fenix Chronos – pending a firmware updateIf you have a Fenix 3 or 920XT you can still get workouts from TrainingPeaks on to your device. I agree that it is a lot of steps, but you could do this in batch once or twice a week to save some time.

Sync data from Lifetrak Zoom
It would be fantastic to be able to sync data from the Lifetrack Zoom HRV tracker.
Here is the link to make it happen. https://lifetrakusa.com/affiliates/developers/
Thanks!
3 votesCurrently we leave it up to the HRV app developers to write data to TrainingPeaks. This is a more efficient solution and the data shows up in TrainingPeaks faster.

Support for Omron blood pressure monitors
For tracking blood pressure, Omron seems to be the go-to brand for both healthcare professionals and ordinary people. I feel that tracking blood pressure, should be relevant over time, even for athletes in good health. I also feel that it’s really nice to track all health metrics in one place.
Omron has support for their Connect App for many of their models, it already syncs with Apple or Google Health, so this should be an quick and easy integration for you.2 votes -

Please don't force me to use the app
I am a coach. It is extremely unfortunate that I am forced to use the app on my phone and tablets. I want to be able to travel with a smaller device and still do my work, but the app does not have the functionality I need as a coach to do my work. I try to log in to TP through the internet on my phone and tablet, and it forces me back to the app, there is no way to log into the website.

Allow integration with Finis Smart Goggle
Finis Smart Goggle (https://apps.finisswim.com/smart-goggle/) is among the best wearables for swimmers in the market. To my surprise, it still not integrated with Training Peaks. Developers at Finis told me Training Peaks is not currently allowing new integrations. How come?
