  4. I would like you to improve tag management as a coach and also how it is displayed in the app for clients.
    For example, I tag all exercises based on the primary muscle they target and whether the exercise is compound or isolated.
    I would really like, and I believe many online coaches would agree with me, that in the “Swap Exercise” option, clients could choose only from my tagged list, filtered by the target muscle and whether the exercise is compound or isolated.

  7. Athletes who purchase a program train in different gyms with varying equipment. Could an option for the athletes to select one of up to 3 exercises be included? This would make programs more widely available and not have to write alternatives in the comments that the athlete then needs to find.

  8. Right now, clients have to follow a calendar-based workout schedule. If they miss days or weeks (due to travel, illness, life events, etc.), it becomes confusing and overwhelming to jump back in. They either have to skip missed workouts or constantly adjust dates, which hurts long-term consistency - especially for general population users who need flexibility.

    With an optional "workout list view" where clients see a simple ordered list of their upcoming workouts, hey can complete the next workout whenever they’re ready, without worrying about missing or reassigning calendar dates. This would make it much easier for clients to stay…

  10. A dropdown menu for exercise selection for clients.

    Examples:

    "Squat Variations" then a dropdown menu appears with options for the client to choose from.

    OR

    "Front Squat" with a possible dropdown menu that would say "Knee pain? Do X instead" , "Back pain? Do X instead"

  12. I would like a feature that adds onto the built in "needs programming" session reminders.

    For example, I'm not quite sure what the parameters are now, however, I may have 1 team on a 2 day a week schedule because they are in session, while another team, may be on a 4 day per week schedule.

    If in the "edit team settings" tab, I could select the days I plan to program for, i.e. Mon, Wed and Friday. The system can aide me in keeping up to date with tasks a lot better.

  14. When you are programming at the bottom of the session page there should be a next or back button so that you can go to the next day and program without going back to calendar or finding the right date. Currently when writing a multi week program I lose my spot going to the calendar.

  15. They can see next weeks workout, but its locked and only have access to the week your on. Would be nice because people could feel focused on that week only and would get a sense of anticipation for future workouts

  16. This is crucial for a membership. Athletes need to be able to not only move or add workouts but also to delete ones they aren’t planning to do. For example, I program 3 full body strength workouts/week for my members, but some can only commit to 2. They need to be able to delete the one they’re not committing to do so that they can accurately plan their training for the week. Plus it would help them not to feel like they “failed” by missing a workout.

  17. Being able to have multiple options for leaderboards i.e weekly/monthly/all time etc
    Currently it is daily but not everyone’s clients train on the same day ofcourse they can move the session but would make more sense to post a weekly/monthly etc workout challenge then the leaderboard would be more motivating having multiple opportunities to compete in all different metrics.

  18. If I assign an exercise to an athletes 6 week program and I for some reason need to change it (e.g. due to injury, lack of equipment etc) I need to go into each every session to change it.
    I would like the option to to change it in all sessions at once.
    E.g I change benchpress to db chestpress in a session in a program, then TH asks if I want the change to all sessions in the program.

  19. I want to only see session names with a "view more" button when I look at an athlete calendar. When you combine the one-month-per-page view with full sessions visible for the month with the lack of a default-to-today or default-to-last-view when the page refreshes, I waste a lot of time scrolling when building training programs for 1:1 athletes.
